Terms of Use
Effective October 14, 2026
These terms apply when you use Kage, an app made by Breeze Labs. When you use Kage, you agree to them. The Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
Use Kage with care
Kage is an assistant. Its answers can be wrong or out of date. Check important facts. Kage does not give medical, legal or financial advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You stay in control
Kage asks before it changes your data, such as events, reminders, Health records or files. You decide what to approve.
Other services
You can connect Kage to other services: AI models, MCP servers and websites. Each service has its own terms, prices and policies. You pay those services directly. We are not responsible for them.
Your content
What you write and what Kage makes for you belongs to you. You are responsible for how you use it.
Do not misuse Kage
Do not use Kage to break the law, to harm people, or to attack systems or services.
Developer tools
The shell, SSH and code tools are for people who know what they do. Use them at your own risk.
No warranty
Kage is provided "as is". We do not promise that it is free of errors or always available.
Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, Breeze Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, that comes from your use of Kage.
Changes
We can change these terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date at the top.
